Torrent Download problem

I uploaded a torrent and I've been seeding it constantly, but when my friend tried to download it from his account, the torrent is stalled and isn't downloading. How can i fix this? Shokale ekjon download shuru korsilo tokhon thik motoi seed hoyechilo.

Shokale 2.71GB upload hoyeche.

Those who are trying to download your torrent are using a shared IP connection as well as you. Only those who have a real IP connection will be able to download your torrent. When a real IP user completes his downloading then other users will be able to download if he keeps seeding. So wait for someone with real IP to download or ask someone who has real IP to download.
