The only Relevance of a console are,
1. Exclusive titles.
2. when a bunch of your friends own consoles and u want to play online game with them.
3. xbox one slim for 200$ (Black friday deal)
In every other aspect, PC wins.

I am a fan of halo series, so I love xbox. And, since I can play free games on pc and also pc performs far better than console, I also choose pc.

Some people buy 3,50,000/- gaming PC,
Some people buy X-BOX,
Some people Buy PS4,
Some Buy Nintendo.
Some Play on VIDEO games,
Some Play on iPAD,
Some Play on Android TAB,
Some Play on iPHONE X,
Some Play on Samsung Galaxy Note 8,
Those who cannot afford this stuffs... they play what?

I think there are three terms in which you can determine  the difference between the consoles and the pc and the terms are cost, graphics configuration and usability.
Graphics:  
1.PC
2. PS4 Pro
3.X-Box
Cost:(High to Low)
1. PC
2. PS4 Pro
3. X-Box
Usability:(Easy to Hard)
1. PC
2. PS4 Pro
3.  X-Box
But in all cir*censored*stances PC is the Best choice as it is the most customizable one.

Of curse in pc. In pc I can play with keyboard or controller . I can also  upgrade my hardware.

PC is the best. Because IF you have an ADVANCED and EXPENSIVE PC you can play most types of games using EMULATORS. It can be used for Xbox and PS4.
